CIEH Level 3 Award in Training Skills and Practice

This 4 day course is ideal for anyone who either needs to understand the basics of training practice or wants to refine their training techniques. It is essential for anyone wishing to become a registered trainer.
What to expect
The course is very practical emphasising hands on sessions concentrating on the training process rather than the training content. It encourages a flexible approach to training delivery which takes into account recent advances in accelerated learning and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). Successful candidates will be able to structure, design and deliver interesting and stimulating training.

Training Skills for Supervisors / Managers
This one day practical course is particularly useful to people involved in staff training especially on a one to one basis. It is ideal for anyone who would like an introduction in learning to understand the very basics of training practice or anyone who wants to practice training techniques on a small scale. Very appropriate for anyone looking to boost their confidence generally.
No previous experience or qualifications required to attend.
