We are aware at MAS Environmental that many people feel unable to complain through their local authority for a variety of reasons. This website aims at giving all a wider chance to register their problems and find out if others in the area are suffering in a similar way. There is evidence the true extent of the problem of noise complaints is significantly under reported / recorded. This site aims to help provide better information on both individual problems and the wider picture.
