As a private customer of our Environmental Health Consultancy services

We will keep all the contact information that you have provided to us so that we can contact you regarding the case and for record keeping.  We do not use this information for marketing purposes. 

As an attendee of one of our courses

We will keep all the contact information that you have provided so that we can contact you about the course and future courses that may be of interest.  If you would prefer to not hear from us please let us know.

As a customer of our IOS Microphone Accessories

We will keep a record of your email address and delivery address for processing the order and record keeping.  We take payments with Paypal who handle all other personal information that you provide.  Your email is used for processing the order and may be used to inform you regarding the product and other products of interest.  If you would prefer to not hear from us please let us know.

Security and removal

We store your information on an internal system that only our employees have access to. We do not ask for or store sensitive information such as bank details.

The information we use for marketing purposes will be kept until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

Other services we use

We use Google Analytics on our websites and product purchases are made through Paypal, please see their privacy policies to see how they handle the personal information you provide them.

Third parties

We do not share your information with third parties except under the following circumstances:

  • When we need to pass information onto our suppliers to complete your order or to answer a request for information from you
  • When required to do so by law or a court order
  • When you ask us to do so
